To help organizations better understand the value of diversity, LCIS offers Cultural Competency Training through our sister company, Innovative Inclusion. Cultural Competency Training serves to educate institutions about how to effectively engage their Deaf and Hard of Hearing clientele, and how to hire and support Deaf/ HoH employees on a path to career success.
If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and have experience assisting companies to make their corporate structure more inclusive, you may be a good fit for for our team! Please upload your Cultural Competency Training experience, along with any training that you may have developed in this area.
