Cultural competency training serves to educate institutions about how to hire and support deaf employees, and the importance of providing career opportunities for qualified deaf individuals. If you are deaf/HoH and have experience assisting companies to make their corporate structure more deaf friendly, you may be a good fit for LCIS!
